Spelling It Out For Drivers: Is It That They Cannot Think Or That They Refuse To See?

I don’t know whether it’s because of the Internet or whether people around the globe have just grown more alike with the passage of time. Many of the same cultural issues and personal problems can be seen in many modern countries. For instance, an article was published recently in The Times, a London-based newspaper entitled: “I don’t ride a bike, why should I support measures to boost cycling?”

This sounds a lot like the U.S., and it also sounds a lot like Australia. These are just the English speaking countries whose articles I can easily read without the assistance of an online translator. The same conditions exist in many other countries.    Continue reading ….
