The Courage To Ride A Bicycle In The Face Of Adversity

In the U.S., we take the right to ride a bicycle for granted. It would never even occur to the average American that someone, in the 21st century, might be prohibited from riding a bike.

It seems like such an innocent act. In a world filled with violence, war, hunger, lack of access to medical care, and poverty, who would consider riding a bicycle a bad thing?
